How mobile call-outs work
Mobile visits carry an extra charge on top of the work itself, and a non-refundable deposit is required for all mobile call-outs. We confirm the cost and deposit before booking you in.
Drive-in appointments at our workshop carry no call-out charge and are usually the quickest and cheapest option.
What we need from you
- Vehicle registration and make/model
- The exact dashboard warning or message
- Current symptoms and any fault codes you know
- Your location or postcode
Which jobs can be done on site?
Diagnostics, resets and many sensor and wiring repairs can be carried out at your location. Larger jobs, such as tank module replacement, may need the vehicle at the workshop — we'll tell you in advance.
